Caesarstone Supports First Annual StyleMakers Event LOS ANGELES, CA — Caesarstone supported Variety and WWD's First Annual StyleMakers on November 19, 2015 at Smashbox Studios in Culver City, CA. For the frst time, the iconic publications came together to recognize and celebrate the creative behind-the-scenes tal- ent in fashion, beauty and style that made an impact on the entertainment industry in the past year. To help recognize the eforts of the honorees, Caesarstone provided quartz samples that celebrity presenters and hon- orees signed on the red carpet. Designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard will use the signed samples to create a one-of-kind quartz mosaic that will be auctioned of with proceeds ben- eftting local charity, LA Kitchen. Caesarstone custom made quartz-topped tables and ped- estals were also featured throughout the space. The StyleMakers celebration spotlighted innovators whose work has been seen on hits shows like "Scandal," "Project Runway" and "Shameless." Honorees included fashion designer Zac Posen, style infuencer Freida Pinto, costume designer Lyn Paolo, stylist Elizabeth Stewart, hair stylist Jen Atkin, make-up artist Lisa Eldridge and photographer Matthew Rolston. Celebrity presenters and honorees included Kerry Washington, Katie Holmes, Viola Davis, Kourtney Kardashian, Zac Posen and many more. Ferguson Honors American Standard PISCATAWAY, NJ — American Standard Brands has been rec- ognized as Showroom Plumbing Vendor of the Year by Ferguson. American Standard also received the Featured Counter Product Award for its Colony Soft centerset bathroom faucet promotion. A Vendor of the Year Award was given in each of three cate- gories – plumbing, lighting and appliances – and was based on multiple criteria including overall sales performance, channel marketing engagement and execution, and the level of sales rep support provided. Award winners were announced at the annual Ferguson Enterprises Vendor Summit in Williamsburg, VA. Amerock Tapped with Vendor of the Year Honors MOORESVILLE, NC — Amerock Decorative Hardware was recently named the 2015 Vendor of the Year in the hard- ware category by Do it Best Corp. at the home improvement cooperative's Vendor Excellence Awards event. The deco- rative hardware company was selected for its dedication to partnering in the development of a new cabinet hardware merchandising display program with Do it Best Corp. and its 3,800 member-owners in 55 countries. "We've had a long-standing relationship with Do it Best Corp. and are proud to be recognized for our dedication to growing this category," said Tracey Amadio, v.p. of sales & marketing at Amerock. "Our partnership with Do it Best Corp. is based on delivering the best products, service and innovative mer- chandising solutions to the Do it Best members." Every year, Do it Best Corp. awards Vendor of the Year honors in 24 categories. The Do it Best team evaluates numerous cri- teria in choosing its award winners, including communication, customer service, ease in working with the vendor, product quality and sales growth. MaxLite Team Builds for Habitat for Humanity W E ST C A L DW E L L , N J — Team members from MaxLite's New Jersey headquarters recently volunteered to help build Habitat for Humanity homes for families in Newark, NJ. Led by experienced Habitat for Humanity crew leaders and a site superintendent, employees of the energy-efcient lighting manufacturer worked together to install drywall and complete other projects to help prepare a single-family unit to become home for a new Habitat for Humanity Newark Partner Family. MaxLite's California ofce will participate in a similar Team Build Day this month with Habitat for Humanity of Orange County. The corporate volunteer program is part of a four-year, $1 million commitment by MaxLite to provide energy- efcient LED and CFL lamps and fxtures to Habitat for Humanity.
