3 FOOD CONTAINER STORAGE Rev-A-Shelf's 4FSCO Series Food Container Storage pull-out organizers turn container chaos into clean storage. "The 4FSCO organizer is first and foremost a solution to one of the most common storage problems in the kitchen…storage for food containers," says Shari McPeek, public relations and advertising manager. "You can ask almost anyone and they will say they have shoved them in a cabinet or drawer and can never find the right size, much less the matching lid." In general, kitchen pull-outs are so popular now because people want the most from their kitchen space, she continues. "And whether it is because they have a more mod- ern and minimalist design with less counter and wall space, or because they just want to streamline their workflow, they are in the market for not just functional, but also attractive cabinet storage solutions," she says. The 4FSCO organizers feature a peg board bottom, sleek u-shaped dividers and a unique adjust- able lid storage compartment to keep and customize containers and lids, all within a solid wood base that pulls out of the cabinet on Blumotion soft-close, giving complete and easy access to everything stored within. The organizers are available for 18" and 24" base cabinets. Derived from elements in Axor's Waterdream, it is designed to combine what is most archetypal about the living space – the lighting – with water so as to give the shower an enhanced sensuous dimension in a way not yet seen before. The result is something that is not just a shower, nor just a lamp, but a hybrid…a magic trick with light and water that is available day after day, the firm says. "Designers and homeowners are looking for shower compo- nents that bring a high-design, 'wow' factor to the bath," says Ryan Ramaker, director of product development. "Since so many shower enclosures are completely all glass or partial- ly open, the shower system has really become on display more than ever before. The Axor LampShower by Nendo is a distinctive design that breaks with convention. Featuring a stunning, functioning, LED light within the showerhead, it really offers that 'wow' factor." The LampShower is available in a ceiling-mounted and a wall-mounted version, in a Chrome finish. "Choose glass rather than tile to turn surfaces into dazzling reflective architectural fea- tures," suggests Edward Geyman, CEO. "Glass is an unexpected, upscale treatment that projects luxury and sophistication. And with glass, there's no dirty grout to clean." CARVART also offers functionality with magnetic glass that turns surfaces into display boards and writable glass that allows customers to leave notes for family members. CARVART offers many paper, textile, color and metallic effects that can be used through- out a kitchen and bath project, from cabinet inserts and backsplashes to cladding for doors and furnishings to custom shower enclosures. In the Paper line (shown), organic handmade paper forms an interlayer in glass that can be laminated with various translu- cent, reflective and color options. New York City-based CARVART specializes in unique turnkey architectural glass products and hardware systems. "We are seeing an aging population that is not willing to settle for plastic seats," says Amber Kingsley, customer service. "They want something more comfortable and spa like…something that looks nice and provides an attitude of relaxing, especially when bathing. "We're also seeing people who may not need an ADA-compliant bench ask about the seats. They ap- preciate that, should something happen in the future, the seat is already installed."
