Victoria + Albert Marks 20 Years N. CHARLESTON, SC — Victoria + Albert Baths is celebrating 20 years of manufacturing in 2016 with a number of global events. In addition to its signature tubs made from English- cast, the company has expanded to now ofer a complete range of basins, faucets, tub fllers, acces- sories and furniture. From small beginnings with a handful of staf, Victoria + Albert now employs over 300 people worldwide, and has divisional companies in the U.S., Canada and Australia. The company partners with a network of over 2,000 ap- proved bathroom dealers. The celebratory year will see many events for Victoria + Albert, including: New baths, basins, faucets and vanity units launch- ing at Salone del Mobile in Italy this month, along with exclusive color fnishes ofered for the frst time, and the announcement of the winner of the Global Design Awards, also at Salone del Mobile. Global launches of new prod- ucts will also take place at London Design Week and FOCUS/16 at Chelsea Harbour Design Cen- tre; New York ICFF; Vancouver IDS Show; Product Showcase in Melbourne. A special 20th anniversary party is set for May in London. To honor its anniversary, the brand is also holding the Soak and Stay competition. The win- ner will receive a one-night stay at the W Hotel Downtown Atlanta in the Extreme WOW two-bedroom suite featuring the Victoria + Albert contem- porary Napoli bath and Tombolo bath caddy. Centrally positioned, the tub is the highlight of the open concept guest suite. Complimentary parking, a bottle of champagne and a $200 dining credit are also included. The competition is scheduled to run through April 2016 and a random winner will be selected at the end of May. The contest dead- line is April 30, 2016. Maxlite Builds Habitat Homes ANAHEIM, CA — Team mem- bers from MaxLite volunteered to help prepare homes recently for Habitat for Humanity partner families in Cypress, CA. Led by experienced Habitat for Humanity crew leaders, employ- ees of the company's Anaheim ofce assisted with painting, trim work and other tasks on the fnal fve homes being constructed in the Cypress II development. The corporate volunteer pro- gram is part of a four-year, $1 million commitment by MaxLite to provide energy-efcient LED and CFL lamps and fixtures to Habitat for Humanity.
