25. Jenn-Air's 36" perimetric canopy hood models, available in wall- and island-mount options, feature a sleek foating glass design combined with perimetric fltration. Thin slots located on the perimeter of the hood provide concentrated suction. An Auto-On option responds to the cooktop heat by automatically turning the ventilation system on and adjusting power as need- ed to remove smoke, steam and cooking odors. A Boost function removes smoke from the air by running the ventilation system at its highest setting for 10 minutes before returning the system to its previous setting. The Wind Crest UIX series of one-piece custom inserts from CNP Industries comes with a powerful internal blower and Sone ratings of 1.2 on the 600 CFM models and 3.5 on the 1200 CFM models. There is a six-speed electronic control. Other options include a Clean Filter reminder, Delay Of and a Refresh Air cycle. Inserts feature halogen lighting and dishwasher-safe stainless bafe flters, and include an ADA-compliant RF remote control. Circle No. 225 on Product Card 27. Faber's Levante under cabinet 5-1" range hoods feature Italian styling and come in three styles – rotary, deluxe and premium. GE's two Profle Series hood models showcase two popular styles: fat-glass canopy and full stainless steel. Features include four fan speeds, three light settings, dual halogen cooktop lighting and electronic LED-backlit controls. The hood includes 350 CFM to remove smoke, grease, odor and moisture. A line of decorative range hoods from Streamline Hoods can be custom- ized with silk screen glass designs, photo imprinting and glass color matching available per the RAL color chart, which allows for matching of cabinet or appliance fnishes. The stainless steel hoods also include an easy cleaning sys- tem, adjustable controls, LED profle, optional remote control, stainless steel flter and flter saturation indicator. The 30" hoods are available at 10" and 15" high, and made with stainless steel. They have a large fltered capture that traps steam and odors, variable blow control and ofer quiet performance.
