The WhisperControl Condensation Sensor Plus is a wall-mounted combination humidity and temperature sensor from Panasonic Eco Products Division that now includes automatic seasonal adaptability with an optional moisture sensitivity selector and an Adjustable Minutes Per Hour fan timer for compliance with ASHRAE 62.2. The unit detects hot air and humidity based on dew point, and the sensor turns the ventilation fans on when necessary. The Moisture Sensitivity Selector adjusts for sensitivity based on regional climate, the size of the bathroom and the preferred level of dryness. This technology tracks temperature and humidity over several weeks to determine the level of dryness preferred. Circle No. 166 on Product Card 13. All U-Line Modular 3000 Series, such as the 3024RF shown, incorporate U-Select Control, which provides the ability to choose settings that correspond to the types of foods and beverages being maintained.
