March 2015 | ForResidentialPros.com | 13 Wood-Mode Opens in LuxeHome Lancaster, PA — Wood-Mode has opened its f irst- ever Wood-Mode Lifestyle Design Center in Chicago's Merchan- dise Mart. The Lifestyle Design Center is located in LuxeHome, on the frst foor of the Mer- chandise Mart in Suite 119. The design center will act as a showcase for the latest product releases and Wood- Mode lifestyle design themes and features an entry display featuring Oceanside and Embassy Row, two of Wood- Mode's recent design themes. "Wood-Mode continues its long-standing tradition of sup- porting our national network of independent dealers and showrooms by developing this space as a hub for cabi- netry design in the Chicago market," said Brooks Gronlund, president and COO of Wood-Mode Inc. "This space in LuxeHome serves to inspire and cap- ture the attention of our customers, architects, interior designers, builders and trade professionals." "We are thrilled that the frst Wood- Mode Lifestyle Design Center is now open in Chicago's historic Merchan- dise Mart, as it's the best place to connect with consumers, designers, architects and home builders," said Katherine Flaherty, v.p. of Building Products and Special Projects. Sunriver To Become Conestoga East Earl, PA — Cones- toga Wood Specialties has announced the brand transition of subsidiary, Sunriver Industries. Sun- river will be incorporated into the Conestoga brand over a period of 12-18 months. Conestoga ini- tially purchased Sunriver Industries in 2008. In the short term, the Sunriver name will be used to distinguish prod- ucts, but communication efforts, branding, pack- aging, advertising and public relations eforts will gradually transition to the Conestoga name and logo. There are no planned changes to personnel, support staf, etc. at the Sunriver facility, and the site will not see any physi- cal changes aside from branding, signage, etc., according to Conestoga. Manufacturing will re- main on the West Coast at the current Sunriver facility in Kent, WA. w w w.
