5. Operating with only 1-1.28 gpf, the self-contained SANICOMPACT toilet from Saniflo uses approximately 38% less water than a standard 1.6 gpf toilet, notes the firm. The compact toilet, which combines a macerating pump and tankless toilet bowl, measures just 14.5" wide and 21.5" deep and installs anywhere in the home, with no venting required. The Delta Foundations two-piece 1.28 GPF Single Flush Elongated Toilet from Delta Faucet is designed for easy installation, maximum flush and water savings, notes the company. The Foundations' elongat- ed bowl and chair height allow for greater comfort in a classic design with maximum flushing performance at 1.28 gpf, making it WaterSense approved, the firm adds. Keeping the bowl clean is the Tornado Flushing system, which creates a centrifugal, cyclonic rinsing action; CEFIONTECT, a nano-technology glaze that creates a slippery surface that repels matter, mold and mildew, and EWATER+ technology, which mists the bowl's surface with electrolyzed water. Kohler's Eir Intelligent toilet boasts a modern design softened by gentle curves and sloping profile, with an optional decorative metal ring around the lid providing a unique finish accent. The toilet features hands-free opening and closing, and hygienic cleansing functionality with adjustable and customizable water sprays for complete personal cleansing. It also features a one-click bowl sanitation and bowl pre-mist for flush-down clean, a heated seat for added comfort and a touchscreen remote for personalized control. Circle No. 210 on Product Card 12. Niagara Conservation's Nano is a super water-efficient toilet, with a split button design that allows users to choose between .5 GPF and .8 GPF. The design includes the company's patented Stealth Technology, which provides a powerful, clean flush, the firm notes.
