JennAir Showroom Opens in California BENTON HARBOR, MI — JennAir has marked the brand's "continued luxury ascent" with its first West Coast showroom, the company announced. The showroom, opened in February at Snyder Diamond in Pasadena, CA, reflects how the Jenn-Air brand "continues to catapult itself to the front line of the luxury kitchen appliance industry with a new approach to its showrooms," corporate officials said last month. "After visiting showrooms across the country, JennAir witnessed the ways color and style of cabinetry in showrooms determined what appliances consum- ers purchased," the company noted, adding that the new West Coast showroom "boldly displays the brand's two new design expressions and new digital platform. "The non-traditional space will transport consumers into a world with interactive touch screens and integrated customization tools that help inspire design creativity and bring the products to life," JennAir said. Lighting Supplier Rebrands Unit CHATSWORTH, CA — Lamps Plus, the nation's largest specialty lighting retailer, has rebranded its division serving the professional trade, the company announced. The rebranding initiative, to Lamps Plus Pros, includes a new website, LampsPlus. com/Pros, aimed at serving interior designers, builders, architects, contractors and other trade professionals, company officials said. The division was previously known as Lamps Plus Professionals. "Lamps Plus Pros reflects the evolution of our renowned program for the pro- fessional trade," said Dennis Swanson, founder and CEO of Lamps Plus. "The rebranding reflects the improvements and updates we've made to streamline our services for professional customers," he added. IMARK Conducts First Spring Meeting AURORA, OH — The IMARK Plumbing Division, formerly known as the Omni Buying Group, has conducted its first Spring Meeting under the IMARK name, the buying group announced. The recent meeting took place at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, FL, the Aurora, OH-based IMARK said. "We want to protect independent distribution," stated IMARK Plumbing Divi- sion President John Aykroyd, adding that IMARK Plumbing Division is the largest buying group in the plumbing products category, with buying power of $7 billion in annual sales. "We're ready to launch several key initiatives this year that will make a positive difference for our members and vendors," Aykroyd observed. Frank Marchese, CEO of Atlantic Plumbing Supply, and a member of the IMARK Board of Directors, described the meeting as "an absolute success. "This was our largest-ever event with a record number of members and vendors in attendance," Marchese said. "The excitement was evident as members listened to the new opportunities that will be available to us going forward.
