THERMALLY FUSED LAMINATE COLLECTION Arauco has debuted its 2019-2020 Prism Thermal- ly Fused Laminate collection with 16 décors and two new textures. The company manufactures the par- ticleboard, MDF or HDF substrate used for Prism TFL in North America, then partners with suppliers of complementary products such as edgebanding, doors, molding, HPL and 3DL. The two new textures include Boreal and Velvet, while the décors include three new woodgrains, an update to Taction Oak (shown), two walnuts, a textile-inspired design and a solid blue accent, among others. Circle No. 238 on Product Card PUSH-TO-OPEN DRAWER MECHANISM Hettich's Push-to-Open Silent opens draw- ers mechanically in response to a light press on the front panel. On shutting, they close in a gently cushioned movement. The system recognizes drawers closed by hand and does not reopen them accidentally. And, if there's a lack of momentum on closing, a drawer energy storage system prevents the drawer from opening again and reduces the force needed to close it next time. Circle No. 235 on Product Card UNDERMOUNT DRAWER RUNNERS Offering static load capacities from 125-175 lbs., Movento undermount runners by Blum offer design freedom for deep, wide drawers that hold anything from cast iron pots to appliances and pantry items. Standard with soft-close Blumotion, Movento runners have a light glide, the firm notes. These versatile drawer boxes can be used with frameless or face-frame cabinetry and are constructed of solid steel with a slate-gray powder-coat finish. Circle No. 240 on Product Card AUTOMATIC CABINET DOOR OPENER Richelieu's Libero electronic and automatic door opener permits a hands-free opening for quick and easy access to the waste receptacle. The device is activated by waving a foot in front of the sensor locat- ed in the toekick, which then triggers the release and opening of the cabinet or drawer.
