7. KCD Software presents new 3D design software for better communication with CNC operators and machines. The software includes embedded intelli- gence that automatically assembles the cut list for the CNC machine; automat- ic confirmation that instructions and measurements are consistent, accurate and realistic; True Shape nesting and CNC Manager for sheet optimization, and selective machining for a multitude of fastener systems. Circle No. 211 on Product Card 8. New Déco Finishes from Hardware Resources include three trending finishes for cabinet hardware: Satin Bronze (shown), Brushed Gold and Matte Black. The new finishes are available in select collections within the Jeffrey Alexander and Elements lines of decorative hardware, with more collections to be added. Circle No. 212 on Product Card 9. Century Components has added Pull-Out Organizers sized for frameless kitchens to its accessory and hardware collection. Included in the line are a Spice Organizer, Canister Organizer and Cookie Tray Organizer, sized to fit multiple cabinet openings. Made in America, all Century Components prod- ucts are coated in a 60-sheen conversion finish. Circle No. 213 on Product Card 10. The T-type hinge from Titus features a 3Way snap-on mounting plate that allows for an intuitive hinge-to-plate mounting in three directions and simpli- fies the mounting experience. The hinge enables easy door installation, even in tall cabinets where 4-5 hinges per door are required. A low hinge cup drilling depth suits cabinet door thickness from 15mm to 26mm. Circle No. 214 on Product Card 11. Treefrog Open consists of eight new prefinished real wood veneer lami- nates created in partnership with Hans Mutzke. The Italian-made collection includes trending neutrals in white and grey oak, as well as several shades of walnut. Many of the veneer laminates feature the firm's groove textured sur- face. All wood used is of certified origin, and FSC custom options are available. Circle No. 215 on Product Card 12. REHAU's Rauvisio crystal polymer back-painted glass collection, an acrylic glass surface that provides a seamless, glassy finish, will be available in printed-color patterns including marbles and stone effects. The polymer sur- face is resistant to scratching, UV light, warping, heat and humidity. Thickness- es range from 19mm to 4mm, and styles include traditional, frosted and mirror glass in addition to the new printed glass. Circle No. 216 on Product Card 13. Kesseböhmer USA has added Black Ash painted wood to its StraightLine drawer and pantry organization systems. The Black Ash line is comprised of 25 handcrafted pieces that can be mixed to create a range of organization systems for drawers, deep drawers and Kesseböhmer's Dispensa and Lavido pantries. Circle No. 217 on Product Card 14. Movento concealed runners from Blum work with deep, wide drawers that hold heavier items. Standard with soft-close Blumotion, the optimized Movento runner can be combined with the firm's touch-to-open technology such as Tip-On Blumotion or Servo-Drive for optimum function. Circle No. 218 on Product Card 15. The Tiomos H Hinge is a fully recessed, hidden hinge system that is inte- grated into the cabinet and virtually disappears. Available from Grass America, the hinge offers a 105° opening angle and three-dimensional adjustment. A minimum door thickness of 21 ⁄32" and a recess depth of 19 ⁄32" is required. Available in Nickel Plated and Night finish, the hinge features an integrated soft-closing mechanism for quiet close. Circle No. 219 on Product Card 16. The Tra-Sta Organizer provides a storage solution for cookie sheets and muffin pans. This organizer from Omega National Products includes prefin- ished maple veneer dividers that slide into grooved and pre-drilled top and bottom rails. They can be fastened in multiple locations, and can be trimmed to size. One set includes four dividers and eight rails.
