11. Gaggenau's flex induction cooktops come in a variety of widths and formats, with and without round cooking zones – some of which can automatically adjust to the size of the pan. Cooking areas can be controlled individually or combined. Pans can be moved within flex induction cooking areas; the cooktop will remember the power level and reapply it wherever the pan resettles. The cooking sensor regulates the temperature within pots. Functions are controlled by the magnetic Twist-Pad. The Teppan Yaki accessory is also available. Circle No. 230 on Product Card 12. The Glideware Kitchen Organizer with Blum is designed to fit any stan- dard-depth base or under-drawer cabinet in the kitchen. The pull-out unit accommodates heavy cookware, including cast iron, with a 100-lb. capacity. Synchronized Motion and weighted hooks keep cookware quiet while in use. Available in gray or maple finish, the organizer includes the Blum Tandem hardware "soft-close" feature. Circle No. 231 on Product Card 13. Geberit has updated its Sigma20 flush plates with larger, contoured buttons to improve dual-flush actuation and accessibility while promoting water savings. The Kinvaro L-80 Parallel Lifter system offers a smooth, quiet action as the lifter opens a single door in parallel to the cabinet. The lifter, available from Grass America, allows access to cabinet interiors as the door is pulled up and out. In one motion, doors lift up and hold firm in any position. Perlick's Signature Series 24" Dual Zone Wine Reserve features a commercial grade stainless steel interior and exterior, and two separate, independently controlled compartments. Each compartment has two full-extension wine racks, and holds up to 14 bottles of wine. RAPIDcool forced-air refrigeration technology chills room temperature beverages in less than 30 minutes and circulates cool air throughout the cabinet. Circle No. 236 on Product Card 18. The Three-Tier Blind Corner Optimizer by Rev-A-Shelf maximizes blind corner space and makes deep recesses more accessible. Designed for 15" and 18" door openings, the chrome corner optimizer fits full-height blind corner cabinets. Circle No. 237 on Product Card 19. JSI's Trenton door is part of the company's Designer Collection. The recessed panel doors can be selected with either slab or matching drawer fronts. The soft-white, ivory painted cabinets feature all wood construction, full-overlay, soft-close doors and 3/4" dovetail drawer boxes with full exten- sion, soft-close glides. Circle No. 238 on Product Card 20. King Slide's six-way adjustable soft-close hinge can be easily activated by the switch mechanism.
