When KitchenAid's stainless steel perimeter ventilation canopy hoods take in air through the perimeter, air fow is sped up to capture cooking vapors, smoke and steam from the edges of the cooktop, handling up to a 65K BTU to- tal output. The auto-speed sensing on this 36"canopy hood adjusts fan speed to help protect cabinets from potentially harmful steam, grease and odors. The wall-mount unit features 600 CFM blower, a halogen night light, LED task lighting and dishwasher-safe grease flters. The sharp, glass-touch display showcases easy-to-use touch controls. For occupancy, the fan runs for a pre-determined amount of time once the bathroom is vacant.
