January 2015 ForResidentialPros.com | 15 Coverings Search For Young Leaders Alexandria, VA — Coverings, the largest tile and stone exhibition in North America, has announced the launch of "Coverings' Rock Stars – An Emerging Leaders Program," which will honor young professionals in the tile and stone industry. Selected by a panel of industry profession- als, Coverings' Rock Stars will represent a cross-section of in- dustry professionals who have made an impact on the indus- try and "embody the traits and characteristics of a future leader," according to show or- ganizers. The inaugural group of Coverings' Rock Stars will be recognized through a series of special events and activities at Coverings 2015, which will be held April 14-17, 2015 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. "Coverings is a show for the industry and by the industry, so it's critical that we take time to honor the ambitious, forward- thinking individuals who are laying the foundation for future generations," said Karin Fendrich, Coverings show director. "The tile and stone industry is comprised of ambi- tious and talented entrepreneurs and we look forward to celebrating their achievements." The Coverings' Rock Stars pro- gram is seeking nominations for practicing professionals 35 years or younger including architects, design- ers, contractors, installers, fabricators, distributors and retailers. Levinson, president of Artistic Tile in Secaucus, NJ, will represent the Mid-Atlantic zone of the D is tr ic t o f Co lumb ia , Delaware, Maryland, New J e r s e y, Pe n ns y l v a n i a , Virginia and West Virginia. Van Etten III, president of Murphy Marble in Chicago, will represent the Midwest zone, which includes Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, K e n t u c k y, M i c h i g a n , M i n n e s o t a , M i s s o u r i , Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Both men will serve fve-year terms from 2015 through 2019.
