KBIS 2014 S C H E D U L E O F E V E N T S The NKBA Learning Program at KBIS 2014 applies to all segments of the kitchen and bath industry, and will be comprised of three segments: Voices from the Industry Sessions: 54 presentations that ofer continuing education units (CEUs). The hour-long informational sessions are part of the 11 conference blocks at KBIS. The sessions will follow four of the NKBA's Learning Paths: "Design & Inspiration," "Focus on the Customer," "Business Management" and "Sales & Marketing." NKBA Courses: There will be 12 courses ofered both pre-show and during KBIS. Both CEUs and NKBA education hours will be ofered. Six of the NKBA's Learning Paths will be covered: "Sales & Marketing," "Design & Inspiration," "Adapt & Innovate," "Focus on the Customer," "Talent Management" and "Communication." Featured Speakers: There will be three keynote speakers – one for each day at KBIS – who will focus on important business-related topics relevant to the industry.
