Viking Forms Distributorship Greenwood, MS — Viking Range, LLC has announced the acquisition of longtime distribution partners Gateway Appliance Distributing and Kimball Distributing and the formation of a new consolidated distributorship to be called Viking Range, LLC Distribution Northwest. "The addition of Gateway and Kimball to the Viking team further strengthens the Viking brand and ensures continued success in several vital markets," said Brian Waldrop, executive v.p. and CFO. "Strengthening sales and service, dealer support and customer service will be our top priorities as we merge two of our longtime distribution partners into a new consolidated distributorship." Alno Expands U.S. Presence Miami, FL — Germany-based high-end cabinet manufacturer Alno AG has strengthened its presence in the U.S. market by opening a showroom in Miami, the company announced. Alno, whose worldwide headquarters is located in Pfullendorf, Germany, recently established its own subsidiary, as well as a kitchen studio in New York. "The U.S. is an important strategic market with enormous sales potential that we want a presence in," said Max Muller, CEO of Alno AG.
